3. Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the Services, such as:

These providers are allowed to process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to contractual and legal obligations.

4. Payments and payouts
Subscriptions and purchases. Payments for Workstation plans, Listen Premium, virtual items, and other paid offerings are handled through third-party payment providers (currently including Stripe for many card and subscription charges). Those providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive transaction confirmations and limited billing metadata needed for account management, accounting, and support.
Artist tax and royalty payouts. Tax-form collection and royalty payouts to artists and labels are handled through our payout partner, Airwallex (and may use embedded tax and beneficiary forms operated by Airwallex). Airwallex may collect tax identity information and bank payout details under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive completion status, identifiers, and limited masked payout metadata needed to credit earnings, run compliance checks, and process withdrawals. You may be required to complete Airwallex tax and payout setup before receiving music earnings.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit Service functionality.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where feasible.
